Cyle Kasper, President
Cyle Kasper assists health systems optimize operations. With experience at over 70 hospitals and several physician groups, he advises clients of all sizes including academic medical centers, community hospitals, critical access facilities, urgent care centers, and clinics. He has partnered with government, for profit, and not for profit organizations.
Mr. Kasper’s experience includes aligning patient throughput and financial initiatives to reduce cost without negatively impacting patient outcomes. With expertise in inpatient and emergency department throughput, operating room utilization, span of control, and matching staffing with patient volume, he provides leaders with data driven, tailored solutions based on patient populations and financial pressures.
Prior to founding Hospital Operations and Strategic Partners, Mr. Kasper held numerous consulting and leadership positions including: Manager at Huron Consulting Group, and Corporate Senior Director of Performance Optimization at Tenet Healthcare where he led a team of 15 RNs and management engineers.
While working at Tenet Healthcare and Huron Consulting Group, Mr. Kasper has consulted with adult and pediatric hospitals, free-standing emergency departments, urgent care and shared service centers. He has worked with organizations across the country, including locations in California, and is familiar with various state and national regulations.
